The Sahara Hotel and Casino Las Vegas hosted some of the biggest names in entertainment over it's years, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli and a slew of comedic talent like George Carlin, Imogene Coca, Bill Cosby, Don Rickles and many others. In the heart of the property, was a sparkling 5,000 square foot pool featuring 13 private cabanas, circular fountains, a gazebo-covered spa and a snack bar that offered tropical refreshments. Room service was available from 6am until midnight, daily.

The rooms at The Sahara were spacious comfortable accommodations with a variety of television-viewing options. Offering 1,720 classically styled guestrooms and suites. Originally called Club Bingo, the Sahara was the sixth resort to be built on the Las Vegas Strip. The Moroccan-themed Las Vegas hotel offered 1,720 classically styled guestrooms and suites. The Sahara Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas opened in 1952.
